Need help with Gratitude Keeper? Start with the questions below — if you don't find what you're looking for, contact us directly.
Gratitude Keeper gives you a new gratitude prompt every day. Answer it, optionally add your mood and a photo, and it's saved to your journal. You can revisit past days from the History tab, and see a weekly summary from there too.
Gratitude Keeper is free to use in full for 7 days from when you first open the app — no payment method required to start. After the trial, continuing requires one of three subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual), purchased through your Apple ID via the App Store.
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Apple, not by us directly. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
You can also get there directly from inside the app: Settings → Subscription → Manage.
If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices and already have an active subscription, use the Restore Purchases button — available both on the subscription screen and under Settings in the app — to unlock it again without paying twice.
Since everything is stored only on your device, we recommend backing up periodically. Go to Settings → Backup → Export to save a file containing your full journal (including photos) wherever you like — Files, iCloud Drive, email, etc. Use Restore with that same file to bring your entries back, including onto a new device.
Enable a daily notification reminding you to write from Settings → Daily reminder, and choose what time works best for you.
Your journal entries, moods, and photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded anywhere. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including how subscription purchases are handled.
Email haakon86@gmail.com and describe what's happening — include your device model and iOS version if it's a technical issue, and we'll get back to you.
